The best hardware company I worked at was Intel because they used Management By Objectives, and the best software company was Silicon Compilers Inc (run by ex-Intel folks). Honestly, I think it is close without the Green Day, but I am glad to see other employers get the idea. Nice work and I think the only difference is in that for us #4 is a side effect.
