What a wonderful place you work at now.
The best hardware company I worked at was Intel because they used Management By Objectives, and the best software company was Silicon Compilers Inc (run by ex-Intel folks).

I&#039;ve been freelancing for the past 6 years and I can tell you that good culture is mandatory for a company to produce winning results.

One of my directors sent this to me with the quote &quot;someone else is copying our culture&quot; in the email.  Honestly, I think it is close without the Green Day, but I am glad to see other employers get the idea.  Nice work and I think the only difference is  in that for us #4 is a side effect.  We also empower everyone to make the right decision.  Good luck</description>
